Wellness challenges are a fun and engaging way to increase team unity while working on wellness initiatives together. WellU employees who actively participate in six weeks of a departmental or personal challenge will need to report their successful completion to wellness@utah.edu.
WellU employee groups may apply for WellU Wellness activity credit. Complete the Department Program Application.
