Hydration Challenge

Hydration, specifically drinking enough water throughout the day, is important for general health. In addition, monitoring consumption of sugary, caffeinated, or alcoholic beverages is essential when working to improve diet quality.

This challenge could include any/all of the following:

  • Drink enough water throughout the day (share this resource to calculate individual needs)
  • Decrease, or stop, the consumption of beverages with added sugars (think soda!)
  • Decrease, or limit, the consumption of caffeinated and alcoholic beverages

Employees can track on a shared Excel file, in TEAMs, or individually. Report “successful” participation to challenge manager.
