Gratitude Challenge

Practicing gratitude at work is extremely important when building a team that feels connected, important, and appreciated. Well-being is elevated when there is a structure around giving thanks in the workplace. Here are a few ideas to help launch you and your team into your next gratitude challenge:

  1. Gratitude board: You’ll need scraps of paper, pens, and tacks for this visual project
  2. “Warm and Fuzzies” call-out box: This collection of call-outs could be anonymous, but the point is that employees are recognizing their peers for their accomplishments and hard work
  3. Carve out space in meetings for gratitude: There can be a different theme in each meeting, but what a wonderful practice!
