Eating for the Environment Challenge


We know that eating for our health can bring to mind any number of specific diets, but eating for the environment is something we can all do. There are multiple levels to this challenge, so here are some ideas to get you and your team started:

  • Make choices aimed toward decreasing water consumption
  • Make choices aimed toward decreasing cardon footprint: Choose local
  • Purchase only groceries you will use and reduce waste as much as possible
  • Pack home lunches and if you do eat out, bring your own container for leftovers
