Looking for a new way to connect with coworkers? This may just be the challenge for you! The creativity challenge may have multiple levels, depending on the interest of your team.

Level 1: Meet on a weekly or biweekly basis during lunch (or any time that works) to participate in a create pursuit together. This could be to work on a collaborative art piece, or individual pieces. Ideas include: bird feeders or houses, elements of naturing collage, coloring, painting rocks...you name it!

Level 2: Employees could also engage in creative pursuits on their own and report to the team how things are going. Ideas include: knitting socks, gardening, painting, remodeling a bathroom!

The whole idea is to challenge each other to carve out space for creative expression and connection. We can't wait to see what you create!
