PEAK Health & Fitness
PEAK is a partnership between the College of Health and the Office of Wellness & Integrative Health. PEAK offers fitness classes virtually via Zoom for U employees, exclusively. Once in person, PEAK classes are offered throughout campus in an effort to bring movement opportunities closer to you!
PEAK's core responsibility is to provide practical training and education for undergraduate and graduate students in the College of Health. These types of opportunities foster the development of knowledge, skills, and abilities for the students and provide professional-level health, fitness and wellness services to the University and Community members.
Student Life Center
The Student Life Center provides a welcoming and dynamic environment to meet the fitness and wellness goals of the University community. Providing flexible fitness classes that include cardio, strength, mind/body, mobility, as well as virtual, live-streaming and on-demand options -- the Student Life Center has multiple offerings to meet any circumstance or lifestyle. A variety of in-person and virtual personal training, and goal-setting workshops are also available.
