What is a Wellness Presentation?

• We'll come to you and join one of your standing meetings. We can also schedule something new, too!
• We'll present on the topic of your choosing.
• This is an opportunity for your whole team to be present and pursue a culture of wellness together in your workspace together.
• We'll help you and your team set goals to achieve a work environment that fosters a culture of wellness related to your requested topic.
• We're also there to answer your questions and facilitate conversation. This presentation could serve as a workshop and not necessarily a lecture.
