Home Wellness Presentation Request Form

What to Expect:

Our presentations focus on practical, evidence-informed health behaviors that support everyday wellness. Each session offers self-reflection, education, and approachable tips that participants can incorporate into their daily routines.

We'll join one of your team meetings, in person or online, and facilitate a 30-60 minute interactive session.

Presentation requests should be submitted at least two weeks in advance. Once your request is received, a member of the Employee Wellness team will follow up by email to confirm details and schedule your session.

Learn about stress and explore practical strategies to cope, build resilience, and support your mental well-being.
Nutrition
Learn what a balanced plate looks like and create a simple, realistic meal plan that supports your health.
Sleep
Reflect on your current sleep habits and try small changes that can improve consistency and restfulness.
Movement
Learn movement guidelines and set realistic movement goals that fit your life and preferences.
