We want to highlight wellness across campus, and we want to recognize those who are doing their part to help encourage others on their wellness journeys. By recognizing a colleague’s Wellness in Action, we can exchange ideas and reward those stepping it up in the wellness world. Wellness in Action can be big or small. We can’t wait to see your submissions, ideas, and impact across campus! Looking to get started? Here are some ideas!

  • Plan a walking meeting
  • Initiate a wellness presentation during a team meeting
  • Bring or catering in healthier food options for events or meetings
  • Lead a movement break in the office
  • Sponsor a departmental wellness retreat
  • Active commuting
  • Rally colleagues to get involved in a fitness challenge or class.
